How I Got Into Fitness

My whole life I was competitive in gymnastics and cheerleading. After going away to college I got away from both sports. Graduating with a Bachelors degree in Health and Sports Science from the University of Oklahoma, and becoming a certified personal trainer, fitness once again became my life! My first show was in April of 2006. Since then, my entire outlook on life changed drastically! My career in personal training took off at that point! My confidence and self-discipline shined through to my family, friends, and clients, right then I knew that training and competing were my gift. I am so grateful that I have the opportunity to compete, and I hope to continue competing as long as my heart desires!!!
Fitness Goals
Turning pro, succeed in becoming a spokeswoman and magazine model for the world of fitness, and continue to motivate and support my clients in their fitness needs along the way!
